Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. Free is the local Mac client — no account, fully local. You bring your own model API key (BYOK), and Wodex charges no platform fee and never routes through our servers. You only need Pro or Team when you want managed models, the Windows client, or team controls.
What happens when the 800 Pro credits run out?+
Managed credits reset every month and do not roll over. When the monthly pool is exhausted, managed models pause until the next reset or a pay-as-you-go top-up. BYOK usage keeps working.
Is Team priced per member?+
No. Team is a flat monthly fee with a shared credits pool. You can invite unlimited members, which makes it a good fit for teams that need shared billing and collaboration.
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?+
Yes. We recommend starting with the Free local client to run your workflow, then registering an account and upgrading to Pro or Team from the console when you need managed models or team controls.
What is Wodex Runtime and how is it priced?+
Wodex Runtime is a permanent workstation for agents: the harness runs on Wodex cloud or inside your boundary, executors live wherever your code lives, and usage, audit, and model routing share the same admin console as human seats. It is priced per agent seat, not per container-minute. Coming soon for Team and Enterprise (private deployment) - contact [email protected] for early access.
